Online ordering

We use your name, email address, phone number, order selections, and kitchen notes to prepare and fulfill your order. These details are processed by this website, its hosting provider, and Square. We keep checkout and payment reference records to confirm payments, recover interrupted checkouts, and resolve order questions. Card fields are provided by Square; this website does not receive or store your full card number or security code.

Delivery

When you check delivery availability, we share the address you enter with Uber Direct to obtain a coverage and price estimate. When you continue to checkout, we also share your name, phone number, order details and delivery instructions to fulfill your order. Uber may provide delivery updates by text and a tracking link. We store delivery quotes and booking references to recover interrupted payments, track deliveries and resolve problems. Courier tips are passed to the delivery provider separately from restaurant staff tips. Avoid putting sensitive information in delivery instructions.

Rewards and saved favorites

When you request order tracking recovery, we use the email address or phone number you provide to send a verification code through our configured email provider (Resend) or text verification provider (Twilio). This does not subscribe you to marketing. Codes expire after 10 minutes. After verification, a secure cookie gives this device access to your recent website order status for 24 hours, or until you sign out. We keep temporary verification records and request limits to prevent misuse. Expired verification and tracking session records are removed when subsequent recovery requests run.

Rewards are optional. If you choose to earn rewards, we use your phone number to find or create your Square loyalty account and record your consent. This does not subscribe you to marketing texts. If you choose “Save this as my usual,” your dish selections are saved in this browser. You can remove them using “Forget my saved order.” The browser also temporarily stores a private checkout reference so you can recover an interrupted payment.

Catering and group reservation requests

The catering and Uptown group reservation forms prepare a draft in your browser. They do not submit or save your information to this website. When you send the email in your email app, its contents are shared with Krazy Curry to respond to your request. Avoid including payment information in the request.

Instagram and external services

Instagram content loads only when you choose to load a post or Reel. Instagram may then receive your IP address and browser information and apply its own cookies and policies. Menu photos may load from Square; fonts may load from Google Fonts. Gift cards, maps, receipt links, and social links open external services with their own policies. Hosting providers process routine connection and security logs.
